The original ::BoauhauseCollective was originally a pool spa. In 2011, the space was modified into a design studio.  A large layout table occupies the center area. There is a cork pin-up board, dedicated sewing table, and shelving for supplies. The clean simple lines, white paint, and accents in basic colors are “boauhausian.”

This property was sold and the textile studio moved to another area of Sarasota. The original Textile Propulsion Laboratory still exists in Newport, RI.
